123Livehelp version 3.2 was released!

123 Live Help 3.2 New Changes:

1) Remote controller of 123 Live Help via MSN is added.

It can monitor and control the conversation externally on MSN Messenger in the following ways: Get the online staff list, get the conversation list, activate or deactivate monitor the specific conversation and search message logs, etc.

2) Bug fix.

Some bugs in the 123 Live Help integration with an external database was fixed.

3) Documents improvement.
